My home state of Ohio is full of plenty of things that things that make it a worthwhile place to live from the Longaberger HQ shaped like a giant basket to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to the Pro Football Hall of Fame to the Wilson Football Factory to all our pro athletic teams to our cities to our tiny little villages.
But with that comes the bad. The man above is the bad. This guy, from Sugarcreek Township down between Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio was reported to be harassing people in his sexy green one-piece bathing suit along the Little Miami River. This is seriously the kind of thing that gives Ohio a bad name. I'd expect this behavior from some of the areas around me I'm from the low tax bracket, high teen-pregnancy area, but this is a little ridiculous coming from Greene County.

This seems like something that should exist only on Reno 9-1-1
HOW COULD I HAVE FORGOTTEN TOUCH DOWN JESUS!
The first time I saw it I was in the car with my parents and I got super pissed at my dad because he didn't warn me about it so I could have camera in hand. I got a pic of it on the way back though so all was well.
