Happy Nightmares!

 
This is 14 month old Kangkang, a Chinese baby with a very rare transverse facial cleft.  In other words, his birth defect makes him look like he's wearing a mask.  This fills me with the sadbears because doctors aren't entirely sure how to go about with reconstructive surgery.

At the same time, I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight, unless the lights are on, and I'm watching a video on puppies, and also this video is erased from my brain by a severely risky and unnecessary lobotomy.
